Renaissance Chemicals is a long-established British company that sells a broad range of products to customers world-wide.  We are flexible and adaptable and will try to tailor make products for customers.

Pipette and beaker

Our industrial range includes OBA Quencher, dyes, pigments, vegetable wax emulsions, and OBA specialties, alongside a wide selection of technical fluorescent compounds and dyes for high-technology customers.

We also produce microscope stain formulations, including our SR2200 stain, which is supplied to universities worldwide. In addition to our regular products, we collaborate with trusted partners, Grotech Production Ltd and Colour Synthesis Solutions, to develop tailor-made solutions that meet the specific needs of our customers.

We always try to meet customer special needs. For over 20 years Grotech Production Ltd has developed and produced novel formulations for our confidential customers in paper and other industries. Grotech brings over 40 years of technical expertise, with proven capability in developing and scaling complex formulations under strict confidentiality. Their integrated blending, packing and quality control services give us reliable, flexible production capacity here in the UK.

To reinforce our products and services in technical dyes and fluorescers we offer technical support and new product development services in conjunction with Colour Synthesis Solutions Ltd, (CSS), the Manchester UK colour science specialists. CSS is expert in developing new products from concept to market, with reproducible regulatory compliant processes, backed up with sophisticated analytical laboratories. As well as their expertise in colour science, their new pilot plant is flexible and available for making other products for us.

We try and reduce our environmental impact. We are located in the English countryside south of York at Blackwood Hall Business Park with wind turbine electricity. We are environmentally aware and minimise our carbon footprint. We use Climeworks for carbon dioxide capture and support The Rain Forest Foundation UK.
