Solvent Red 175 Concentrated Liquid is an interesting fluorescent dye liquid. The name Solvent Red 175 is misleading, as this dye is the concentrated version of Fluorescent Yellow SC.
The dilute version of this dye, namely Fluorescent Yellow 131SC is the widely used fuel dye, and the concentrated version has plastic dye properties:
- compatibility with most polymers
- excellent lightfastness for deep shades
- fair lightfastness for light shades
- very good heat and migration resistance
